Certification decisions shall be made by competent personnel who were not involved in the audit process, ensuring fairness and objectivity.

TCL shall implement controls to ensure that all certification processes remain transparent, consistent, and aligned with applicable standards and accreditation requirements.

Continual Monitoring and Review

TCL shall annually review risks to impartiality and take appropriate actions to address any identified threats through the IPRC meeting.
